We hold our production to the highest standards of American craftsmanship. Audible Cone warrants all products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a component fails to meet our rigorous quality standards, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

2. The 3-Year AC Strike Replacement Program

In the field, the unexpected happens. If an Audible Cone-equipped traffic cone is struck, your protection remains our priority. For three (3) years from the date of purchase, we will replace any struck sensor—whether it appears damaged or not. We don’t want you guessing if a sensor’s internal components are still 100% effective after an impact. If it gets hit, we replace it. Period.

  • Step 1: Report the Incident

    • Scan the QR code below to complete the AC Strike Report.

  • Step 2: Return the Unit

    • Upon submission, we will provide a prepaid shipping package to send the struck unit back to our facility.

  • Step 3: Immediate Shipment

    • We don’t wait for the mail. Once we see your return tracking information is active, your replacement sensor will be shipped to you immediately.
